Bullies at work
Have you been bullied at work? Well, I technically have. Bullies do exist anywhere in our society. They may act subtlely and more prudent than kids do but the effect is as morally and emotionally damaging to the victims.
Why do bullies do that? There are different factors that constitute bullying. But no matter what the age group is, bullying is such a headache.
Well, let me go on with my ranting. I was working overtime last week and I was in two different team shift. The first team was okay. I had a good time with them. But when the second team came in that’s when I started to feel bullied. One lady in the team was so bossy and wouldn’t allow me to rest even a split of a second. It’s like she was very oppressive and she was getting on my nerve. Already feeling tired and strain for working more than eight hours, and now the pressure she was putting on me I was feeling breaking down in tears. But I tried to be strong and pretended it was okay. Eventually, I chatted with her and we had an exchange of little nice talk nothing in connection to work and then I started to feel better.
Grudge is really a bitter enemy that eats you up. It’s best to shake it off the system as soon as possible before it does any damage to the soul.
