My natural detox and laxative

Published by blogsmith at 2:27 am under Health Corner Edit This

Thanks to pure red grape juice and carrot juice my natural detox and laxative.

I used to always have indigestion problem. I can’t eat as much as I want without fear of getting fat. Although I don’t mind if I see women with overflowing flabs but I don’t want to have them myself. I can gain and lose weight in a couple of days if I will want to but when I see good food on the table I can’t resist to eat. Then I would get indigestion and the next day I would miss being regular. I hate that too because it makes me more fat. When my digestion slows I gain weight very fast.

A couple of years ago I stumbled on laxatives. It was such a welcome treat for me because I now could eat as much as I want and get rid of them the next day provided I drink laxative after meal. But I didn’t want to be dependent on it. I could be regular if I drink at least one and a half liter of water everyday. But that’s not always possible because sometimes I spend hours outside the house.

And then my husband recommended detox tea which was also a good way for me to be regular.  I thought to myself that detox was so much better than laxative. Finally, I have discovered grape juice to be a substitute for detox tea. I drink a cup of pure red grape juice when I get up in the morning and a few minutes later it will send me hurrying to the bathroom. Carrot juice also works as a detox and sometimes laxative.

I don’t know if  these two juices will be beneficial to everyone but they do work for me. Now I don’t have to worry eating as much as I want and not fear of gaining weight. Thanks to red grape juice and my home-made carrot juice.
